another lb

Woo down another lb, Loose 1 more and it'll be 10 lbs since i started this weight loss. I had a couple of downtime weeks here and there *cough*lastweek*cough* but I am still making progress. As slow as it seems.

I am officially on the second week of doing Insanity again and I can see that I am able to endure more within the workouts. So its only natural that as I am able to push farther and get stronger I'll seelbs drop as well. Although, from what I have read the second month is really when you start shredding.

I am probably losing inches but I can't really tell because my measuring tape from the Hip Hop abs is MIA. lol. A couple of people have talked about T25 and its crazy results. So I have a few options to go to after this round of Insanity, I can do another round, t25, hit up bodybuilder.com for a work out plan, or go straight into p90x3 lol. decisions decisions.

bah, slack week.

i stayed healthy on the food tip tho. i got of schedule helping my mom out while her car was in the shop. sooo ill have to pick week two back up. luckily i have an active job too and i also got bowling practice in.  so yaaa.

oh i got a blender and my mom gave me some protein shakes. so ya again.

ah been a minute

i dont remember the last weigh in but i believe i lost about 3 lbs since my last check in.

i have to rearrange my schedule but i can't stop now.

a friend of mine wants me to do the visalis challenge with her. she's felted about the results she sees.

i got another waiting for me to join the p90x crew and  my mom bringing me some shake samples. 

i think this may be possible. ill do pics on Sunday.
