The preliminaries

So I'm considering this month as just being the preliminary month. Its to get me in some kind of shape for what's to come. I realllly gotta push next month. Taking it to a new level hip hop abs + insanity.  Back to back. So about an hour hour and a half. This is the first half. Once these 3 months past its the gym membership wooo lol.  Gotta start lifting to tone....its a thought. We will see how these next two months pan out.  Eating wasn't  80% clean but the calorie count/burn is and was still in effect.

Weigh-in Sunday I keep maintained 291 last week.

Physical changes I can seee/feel

Flatter stomach not so bloated lkke it seems. I can look down and see my...feet lol that's always a good sign. I can feel my waist line between and under my belly button without having to have my stomach hanging over.

My man boobs look smaller and I think I can see some ab definition.

I seriously don't think I can get under 250 but we will see. Like I said the main goal is 220's -230's.  Fri or Sat, haircut. Then we can start the cut when I lose motivation.  See ya soon

Not much change

Although i feel a lot better amd thinner there hasn't been much of a change. Today ill do the hips buns and thighs as well as the insanity abs. And Ill kiick it up a notch for the last two weeks of December to go hard in January.

Nothing like a shower.

Its like nothing revitalizes you more than a nice shower after a hard work out. I actually feel lighter this week. And at least like to believe that there is visual progress.

Today Insanity - Pure Cardio

Woooooo tough ish.

I keep wanting to see the belly go away first but I have to remember that everything around me is gettting chipped away as well. I am seeing a change in it when I stand lol sitting maybe a little big. Haha I can also pull it in more than i was able to before.  I am also seeing more definition in my shoulders,  which is strange to me because I always thought my shoulders were pretty solid so its amaazing lol.

I'm about to chug this nutritious breakfast shake, I hope it isn't nasty lol.

Bah, worked all weekend so didnt get to get that work out in like i had planned. But I'm going to start this week with a work out. I did splurge on lunch already, that just means that dinner has to be tight

Wooo, rough week.

Wow, this week has been ridiculous.  For me, It has been extremely long. It feels like two weeks have past when it has only been one.

The good news is 5 lbs have dropped. 296 to 291 during that long week. Sure, I may have made some unhealthy choices but I kept watch of what it is i ate so I could balance it out for the rest of the day. 

I took some photos but probably won't see too much of a drop. In them. But, ill keep then updated every week for comparative purposes. Ill post the pics later tonight/tomorrow morning.

Results, Y U NO INSTANT?!?!

Wouldn't it be awesome if within a week of working out we saw drastic and instant results? Instead of shaving off little by little. I got on the scale today and it looked like a magically gained weight despite my best eating habits and sweating. Ill have to jump back on and check the readouts as far as muscle mass. And fat percentage and water weight.

Todays workout:

Insanity: Power Cardio and Resistance

Let me tell you...ow....

I think my favorite out of the insanity set is the Cardio Circuit training because it is constantly something different. Its not 3 sets of a routine. (If I remember correctly).

Just finished bowling also. 5 games straight in like 30 minutes. There was some more cardio, altho my legs are on firrrr. And the lanes were ultra dry.  So I still have little idea what ball I am going to use sunday.  Welp, time to get a lil rest maybe before work.

Oh. Tomorrow I probably won't post anything since I have bowling in the a.m, I'm not sure if I want to just count that as my fitness activity for the day.

Ha, you thought I forgot right?

Yep, I got my work out taken care of today. Day two and that pre work out stuff is still pretty decent. I might need some ice water next time tho lol.

Todays work out:
Hip Hop Abs Total Body Burn.  45 minutes.

I decided to just do that one today because at the end of the night yesterday I was so drained.
I don't think I put enough calories in my body so my energy level was way low. Plus, an hour and thirty minutes is A LOT for the extreme exercising.

So yesterday I had a laugh with a coworker. I mentioned how funny it was that the ladies like to tell the guy they are with that they aren't fat and that they are fine how they are then see guys with a nice set of abs and/or "THE V" and all of the sudden have explosive ovaries that leave them passed out on the floor and biting there bottom lip in mental ecstasy just from the things they imagine doing to them in their mind. Sometimes they even can't help but to say comments like "Mmmmmmm" and "The things I would let him do to me" lol. Let a guy say that stuff, it's like World War 3 mixed in with the Civil War and the Boston tea Party and the battle of Yavin 4.

As sweat rolls down my.....well, my rolls. lol

Just finished that Insanity portion of today's workout but wanted to update this before I hop in the shower. My Fat DID cry lol :

So here is my workout today: 30 minutes with Hip Hop Abs - Fat Burning Cardio

 Then I took a break, got my daughter out to the school bus after failing at trying to braid that thickness lol. 

25 minutes with Hip Hop Abs - Ab Sculpt then I ate some Cinnamon Toast Crunch...(don't judge)

 grabbed about 4 hours of sleep at Lunch. Couple of thinly sliced meatloaf sammiches (don't judge):P

 Took a 1 a day vitamin and a metabolism boosting supplement. Then did about 36 minutes of the Plyometric Cardio Circuit from Insanity I admit I skipped some of it towards the end and rested.

 Normally it's a 45 minute workout so I have no regrets.

 I can't tell you how many calories I burned to day, as I did not wear my cardio watch today. So yea, that's that for today.

 Now, I get to go to work for 12 hours.

 Hopefully this week isn't jacked up.

 On a side note, because I am doing double do it throughout the week, I am thinking of making maybe Friday and Sunday rest days.

Meijer Pre Work out Frunt Punch stuffs

Let's start with this Meijer Pre-Work out mix, I wont lie, I'm nervous to drink these because sometimes this stuff taste so bad...

 Hey, Actually wasn't bad.....now I have to wait 30 minutes and I'll hit an hour...of Hip Hop abs, Rest then do a session of Insanity.

 I cooked Meatloaf last night, and was able to redeem my last meatloaf failure, in my daughters eyes so that will be dinner at 8 along with..im thinking broccoli and corn, i'll just go with a sandwich for lunch at 5 and yogurt at 12. The secret is to not take any money with me or i'll be looking at the vending machines and to grab something to eat BEFORE I go to work. Which will probably also just be a sandwich. I do have some sunflower seeds i could snack on if I need to.

 I've been contemplating not getting a hair cut or shaving until I lose about 30 lbs. That's the first Milestone goal. It brings me closer to the goal of 250 that I wanted but I think if muscle mass allows me to, I'd like to shoot for the 220's overall. This is not a diet, this just changing the ingredients and amount of what i normally eat. and trying to inject more HEALTH into my lifestyle. That's the key word. Last year, i started working out every morning. After the first week, I felt great, then I had a break and took a trip but I didn't continue on my trip, Once I got back I just never started back up and my whole flow was ruined.

Can't let that happen this time.

No Turning Back Now (Starting point - 296)

So yea clearly we can see where all this weight is located. Its like trying to run away or fall off my body or something. Bleh. I don't know how guys can be comfortable like this or why we are so bent on telling magazines and models to eff off because everyone is unique. Well yea everyone is unique, but there is a difference between Skinny, Average, Athletic, Thick, Fat, and Obese. Most people just think that there is a Skinny, Athletic, then Thick...but then they want Thick to encapsulate Fat and obese. Now wait , I'm not saying that being Fat is not being Sexy, I know plenty of BBW's, however it is not being healthy and that's not something that we should be ok with or promote. (prolly made a lot of people mad there haha) Haha, "BeachBody". I don't have the confidence of other big dudes *cough*Rick Ross*cough* to be all flabulous. So its time to trim the fat...literally.

First day of My Lbs Lost.

So I decided to keep track of my weight loss via this blog. Hoping that if I put my attention on actually maintaining something like this once a week, I will be able to keep up with progress. So every Sunday I'll just post like a picture of scale weight and all the other crap it says. I'll also upload progress pics probably every two weeks I think. As I don't think there will really be any drastic change after the first week. Maybe I'll start it once a week and see how it turns out. Im hoping you guys bug the crap out of me if i don't post. I'll have pics up this evening for the start of this journey. Thanks for following me.
