Just finished that Insanity portion of today's workout but wanted to update this before I hop in the shower.
My Fat DID cry lol :
So here is my workout today:
30 minutes with Hip Hop Abs - Fat Burning Cardio
Then I took a break, got my daughter out to the school bus after failing at trying to braid that thickness lol.
25 minutes with Hip Hop Abs - Ab Sculpt
then I ate some Cinnamon Toast Crunch...(don't judge)
grabbed about 4 hours of sleep at Lunch. Couple of thinly sliced meatloaf sammiches (don't judge):P
Took a 1 a day vitamin and a metabolism boosting supplement.
Then did about 36 minutes of the Plyometric Cardio Circuit from Insanity I admit I skipped some of it towards the end and rested.
Normally it's a 45 minute workout so I have no regrets.
I can't tell you how many calories I burned to day, as I did not wear my cardio watch today.
So yea, that's that for today.
Now, I get to go to work for 12 hours.
Hopefully this week isn't jacked up.
On a side note, because I am doing double do it throughout the week, I am thinking of making maybe Friday and Sunday rest days.
