Yep, I got my work out taken care of today. Day two and that pre work out stuff is still pretty decent. I might need some ice water next time tho lol.
Todays work out:
Hip Hop Abs Total Body Burn. 45 minutes.
I decided to just do that one today because at the end of the night yesterday I was so drained.
I don't think I put enough calories in my body so my energy level was way low. Plus, an hour and thirty minutes is A LOT for the extreme exercising.
So yesterday I had a laugh with a coworker. I mentioned how funny it was that the ladies like to tell the guy they are with that they aren't fat and that they are fine how they are then see guys with a nice set of abs and/or "THE V" and all of the sudden have explosive ovaries that leave them passed out on the floor and biting there bottom lip in mental ecstasy just from the things they imagine doing to them in their mind. Sometimes they even can't help but to say comments like "Mmmmmmm" and "The things I would let him do to me" lol. Let a guy say that stuff, it's like World War 3 mixed in with the Civil War and the Boston tea Party and the battle of Yavin 4.
