Results, Y U NO INSTANT?!?!

Wouldn't it be awesome if within a week of working out we saw drastic and instant results? Instead of shaving off little by little. I got on the scale today and it looked like a magically gained weight despite my best eating habits and sweating. Ill have to jump back on and check the readouts as far as muscle mass. And fat percentage and water weight.

Todays workout:

Insanity: Power Cardio and Resistance

Let me tell you...ow....

I think my favorite out of the insanity set is the Cardio Circuit training because it is constantly something different. Its not 3 sets of a routine. (If I remember correctly).

Just finished bowling also. 5 games straight in like 30 minutes. There was some more cardio, altho my legs are on firrrr. And the lanes were ultra dry.  So I still have little idea what ball I am going to use sunday.  Welp, time to get a lil rest maybe before work.

Oh. Tomorrow I probably won't post anything since I have bowling in the a.m, I'm not sure if I want to just count that as my fitness activity for the day.
