Its like nothing revitalizes you more than a nice shower after a hard work out. I actually feel lighter this week. And at least like to believe that there is visual progress.
Today Insanity - Pure Cardio
Woooooo tough ish.
I keep wanting to see the belly go away first but I have to remember that everything around me is gettting chipped away as well. I am seeing a change in it when I stand lol sitting maybe a little big. Haha I can also pull it in more than i was able to before. I am also seeing more definition in my shoulders, which is strange to me because I always thought my shoulders were pretty solid so its amaazing lol.
I'm about to chug this nutritious breakfast shake, I hope it isn't nasty lol.
I have to drink protein shakes because I am not eating enough protein. Oh yeah are really good and the nutritional components are great! You might want to look into those. Keep up the good work.
